Manjit Rajain - Chairman

The Chairman of Tenon is Manjit Rajain, an entrepreneur who has established several highly successful services businesses in Facility Management, security, fleet management and hospitality.

Since 1995, Manjit has lead the rise of the Peregrine Group of Companies and, subsequently, Tenon Property Services, to India's leading services corporations. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Manjit was an officer with the Indian Army, followed by a stint in the Indian Police Services, during which he has had tremendous exposure to diverse mission-critical security operations.

Mahender Singh R- Vice President –National Operations

Mahender has 20+ years of rich varied expertise in Facilities and Real Estate Operations management, Business Development, Hospitality operations, Project Management & Corporate Real Estate Services. He has in the past worked with IL&FS as Country Head Real Estate Transactions & Real Estate Research and advisory services, G4 Facility Services as Regional Manager & Reputed Hotel chains like the Taj Group, Apeejay surendra Group & Choice Hotels International handling Service Operations. His strengths include manpower management, IR , Talent Acquisition, Talent management and Retention.He has transitioned himself from the Hospitality sector to the FM business and held various positions of Business Development, Regional Director Facilities & Project management and country head-Real Estate. He has also had the experience of setting up & Managing operations in Srilanka. In the past he has also had the experience of commissioning Depts of Food & beverage, setting up restaurants and implementing service processes. He is a post graduate in Public Administration and also IIMB alumni.

Sangram Dhar – Director

Sangram Dhar heads the national operations of Rotopower, a company acquired in 2009 by Tenon Property Services and currently operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of Tenon. With over 14 years of experience in diverse aspects of facilities management, Sangram has been the driving force behind the establishment of Rotopower’s FM business and for its growth into a corporation focused on customer satisfaction, service delivery excellence and pan-India service delivery capability. With a masters degree in engineering from NSI Kanpur and a degree in electrical engineering from The Institution of Engineers, Kolkata, Sangram brings excellent technical insights and business skills to the management of Rotopower’s operations. Amongst Sangram’s key strengths are project planning & management, procurement and vendor development, recruitment and people management; and quality control, by virtue of being Rotopower’s representative for ISO 9001:2000 certification for over 5 years. Prior to joining Rotopower in 1995, Sangram held a key position with a manufacturing corporation where he was responsible for the maintenance operations of captive power generation, transmission & distribution for a mixed use industrial development spread over 20 acres.

Harish Kumar - Director Operations

Harish is a diversified professional with over 14 years in FM & Real Estate Industry. Harish specializes in Campus /SEZ/Industry FM Management. He is an ISO 14001 certified auditor and has had stints with an IT major/HOV services.

Vishwanath Prabhu - Director Operations

Vishwanath brings in an enriching experience of over 11 years in IFM – With strong expertise in Account Management / Technical Support & Infrastructure Management, he has worked with leading names in the IT and finance sector.

Arul Kumar K - AVP - TAG

Arul brings along an enriching experience of over 12 years in Hospitality & IFM. He has worked as Housekeeping expert for high visibility and sterile environments and has effectively utilized his skills as an Executive Housekeeper, at a leading hotel chain. As a core member of TAG- Technical Advisory Group he is active in specialization, development and implementation of high quality standard processes, procedures and reporting.

Sathish NS - Associate Vice President - Technical Services

Sathish, brings in an enriching experience of 16 plus years and has played a key role at his previous organizations and immensely contributed towards their success. His expertise also extends across developing and improving processes to stabilise products as per process parameters. Sathish is a highly qualified engineer (Industrial & Production) and has worked with highly reputed organizations prior to joining Tenon.

In his immediate past assignment, Sathish was heading the Facilities & Projects function at large multinational and was instrumental in managing large assignments.
